Sedona Uptown Starry Nights is a lovely one-level home in a quiet residential neighborhood within blocks of all the wonderful activities Uptown Sedona offers, including restaurants, shopping, tour companies, Tlaquepaque, and hiking/biking trails. This home is surrounded by the famous red rock vistas and has gorgeous views, especially from the back decks where expansive landscapes and skyscapes may be enjoyed.
Inside this beautiful and peaceful home, you’ll find a spacious 2,200 square feet of living space, holding two master bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. You’ll find that up to eight people can be easily accommodated.
There is a charming exterior gated courtyard entry that leads you to the front door. Upon entering the home, you’ll find a tranquil atrium welcoming you into the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining room.
Living Room: In the living room, you’ll enjoy comfortable and updated furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, a Smart TV with cable and a CD player. High ceilings with wood beams accentuate the room.
Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen space offers stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. The convenient kitchen bar has seating for two.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six. There are also two additional benches that can be used to increase seating to eight if needed.
Media Room: The media room is a great spot to watch your favorite shows on the large TV with cable, Roku, and Blu-Ray DVD player, surrounded by comfortable leather furnishings. The sofa is a queen-size pull-out sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations, and you will also have access to the back patio.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 — King size bed, Smart TV with Roku, and en-suite bathroom offers dual sinks with stone counters with extra storage, and a large tile shower. You will also have access to the back patio.
Master Bedroom 2 — King size bed, a Smart TV with Roku, and access to a sunroom and the deck. The en-suite bathroom offers a pedestal sink and a large tile shower.
Sun Room - Accessed via Master Bedroom 2, is a cozy sun room offering majestic views and plenty of natural light, a twin day bed with twin trundle for additional sleeping accommodations, desk and printer, a Smart TV with cable, and access to the deck and patio.
Additional half bathroom adjacent to the laundry room. Additional sleeping on a queen sleeper in the media room.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The back patio offers a fantastic outdoor dining area with plenty of seating. There are also several lounge areas on the patio and sunroom deck. On the side deck next to the kitchen, you’ll find the gas BBQ and seating for two. These spaces are great places to relax and enjoy the majestic views and the famous Sedona sunrises, sunsets, and starry nights.
