INSIDE THE HOUSE: The Master has a king size bed and attached master bath, with it's own door leading out to the deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds (total of 4 beds). The living room features a very large sectional with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. All rooms feature large flat screen TVs with cable. The house is equipped with WiFi. The kitchen features all brand new appliances and beautiful counter tops. There is a versatile coffee maker that can use grounds or pods. The deck features a nice table with built-in ice bucket to keep your drinks cold outside. There is a grilling area underneath the house with a charcoal grill and a table with seating for the cook and helpers, and hammocks.
AMENITIES: This house has some great features. Washer and dryer are located in second bathroom. There are large flat screen TVs with cable. The house has excellent WiFi. Kitchen has all brand new appliances. The house has Nest door locks and thermostat. Outside, there are many little touches to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a charcoal grill with large table and seating for 8 near the grill. There are 2 very comfortable hammocks to enjoy the cool breeze. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. We tried to think of everything and are always open to suggestions on how to make this vacation rental the best getaway spot.
OUR LOCATION: With only a short walk to the beach, this is a great location for a wonderful vacation here in Galveston. You are only a block away from digging your toes into the sand! We are just a short drive from the seawall. This home is the only house located on a street that takes you to the Dos Vacas Muertas bird sanctuary. The very large deck and huge yard are ideal for skygazing and birdwatching. The deck furniture is perfect for relaxing and soaking up some sun.
If you’re looking to go out to eat, Galveston has many delicious restaurants to choose from. Gypsy Joynt, Nick's, Miller's or The Spot, are great casual restaurants with a unique Galveston flair. If you are looking for something more formal or fresh gulf seafood, we suggest the world famous Gaidos opened in 1911.

OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE: Guests may choose to take advantage of our grocery shopping concierge service. We utilize 'Click List' a shopping program through Kroger Grocery Store. You may choose to have groceries delivered and put away before arrival. The cost of the groceries will be a renters responsibility. Our concierge service starts at $50 or our in town small homes and condos. For our large homes on the east and west end of Galveston this service starts at $100 and up.
