This high-end condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 Den room, 3.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a spacious family room, an open space living area with a dining table for everybody. The property offers a large terrace with ocean view. The coral-stone stone terrace provides an outdoor area great for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends. The condo includes white linens and towels as well as bathroom and laundry kits.

The legendary Dorado Beach Resort in Puerto Rico has been redeveloped to include the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve branded residences. West Beach offers 2- to 4-bedroom condominiums located directly on the beach first selected by Laurance Rockefeller 50 years ago as the location for the original Dorado Beach Hotel. With almost two miles of beachfront, these contemporary homes offer a limited opportunity to become part of the history of Dorado Beach. These are the first waterfront homes offered at Dorado Beach, so there is no better location for experiencing your Caribbean vacation.

 

The West Beach residences have been designed in keeping with Rockefeller’s philosophy: low-rise buildings that fit within the beachfront’s tropical landscaping, with contemporary architecture featuring natural local materials. The residences maximize opportunities for outdoor living, with large furnished beachfront terraces, glass-tiled plunge pools, and outdoor shower gardens.

 

Dorado Beach Resort amenities are exclusive for Club Members and are only accessible with the purchase of their weekly membership. If you would like to use the Dorado Beach Resort amenities, you may do so with the purchase of a weekly membership offered by the Dorado Beach Resort & Club. The weekly membership grants you access to the following amenities: Dorado Beach Golf Courses, Encanto Beach Club and Restaurant, Barlovento Beach Bar and Grill, Water Sports, The Watermill Water Park (open only on weekends and holidays), Tennis Center, and the Fitness & Wellness Center located at Plantation Village. Dorado Beach Resort’s memberships are available for a weekly fee of $1250 (plus tax). The membership includes 4 IDs for you and your family; additional IDs may be purchased for $315 each, and up to a maximum of 10 per weekly rental. Children under 6 are free of charge.
