On this floor, there is lots of space for everyone to gather in the open concept living/dining/kitchen with new Living Room Furniture and 60" smartTV. The kitchen is completely updated with everything you will need or want for a great vacation experience inclduing a Keurig type coffee maker. Even the "gamers" will feel at home as it is equipped with 2 X Box devices and accessories (games/controllers) 2 X-Box originals and 1 X-Box 360 and lots ofgames (not guaranteed if missing or broken). Your party can move easily through the sliding doors from the living room to the 3rd level deck to enjoy the breathtaking "Atlantic Views" in the early morning sipping coffee while making beach plans for the day and again in the evening quietly winding down as the sun is setting!! This house is dog friendly so don't leave your furbabies at home (certain restrictions with paid pet charge). Private double driveway at the home offers plenty of parking!
The 2nd floor has 4 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one queen bedroom has a on suite with the other three bedrooms sharing an additional bathroom) with 2 of the queen bedrooms with sliding door access to the 2nd level deck accessible to the pool/hot tub/deck area below.
1st floor has 2 queen bedrooms and one bathroom with direct access to the salt-water pool and hot tub area. One 1stfloor queen room is equipped witha sink/kitchenette area accessible to the pool area.
