First of all, we consider this unit to be a “custom” offering. It’s a large first floor, corner unit directly across the street from the ocean. The uniqueness of this location, however, is that although you must cross a two-lane residential road to the ocean, there are NO other buildings or homes to obstruct your view. A large hot tub is directly behind this building with easy access. Take a look at the pictures here on the website, and you’ll see that this unit has been beautifully appointed with custom drapes and wallpaper. The master has a queen bed, access to the balcony, and a full bathroom equipped with a stand up shower. The second bedroom has one double and one twin. The living has a twin sleeper sofa as well as an extra sofa. Let us emphasize again – this has a gorgeous oceanfront view! One other item sets this unit apart from most of the other fine condos in Ocean Forest, and that is the addition of a washer and dryer right in the condo. No need to take your laundry to the 2nd floor facilities when you stay here. There are ceiling fans throughout, and flat screen HD TV/DVD in the living room, as well as in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need plus some – there is a side buffet for serving. Extra windows in the living room give you even more of that fantastic oceanfront view!
