“Aloha Dunes” is a charming, updated home just a short walk to the beach in the Four Sisters neighborhood of Pacific City. There is an inviting greatroom downstairs that opens up onto a wind-sheltered patio with BBQ. Thoughtful updates throughout like fun colors, new TVs, new mattresses, bicycles, boogie boards, playstation 3, WIFI & the family dog is welcome too! This home also features a cozy gas fireplace & tall ceilings.

 

Layout–2 level home. First level entry has greatroom, bedroom with queen bed, patio with BBQ and full hall bath. Upstairs is bedroom with two sets of double/twin bunks, a bedroom with queen bed and a full shared bath. Garage is available.

The Four Sisters neighborhood of Pacific City is just a stones throw away from the ocean on the west side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. This area is a small (about 25 homes), newer development of homes that are have consistent architecture and were designed for family vacations at the beach. Most homes feature upgraded amenities and a river-rock fireplace. T

 

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. 

 

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

 

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

 

Relaxed Cancellation Policy: For bookings completed through March 2021, no cancellation penalty up until 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, you would forfeit your deposit. (3rd party booking fees may also apply). For stays beginning April 2021 and beyond: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within: 30 days of arrival for all other months. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
