The “Blissful Beach house” is a 5 bedroom updated beach house in the heart of the action just steps from Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Pub, Doryland Pizza and Moment Surf Shop. The house is open, spacious, well equipped and perfect for a large family rental. The master suite has a large soaking tub with views of Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda. You can see the Pub from the dining room table.
Layout–3 level home (ground level is office space occupied by a business). 2nd level entry has living room, dining area, kitchen, separate dining space, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks and a full hall bath. 3rd level has twin daybed on landing area, bedroom with queen bed, and master bedroom with king bed, twin daybed & twin trundle bed and full bathroom with jacuzzi.

This home is the heart of the action at Cape Kiwanda. It is on the main road through Pacific City next door to the surf shop, and across the street from the pizza place. The beach is less than a block away and you can see the pub from the kitchen table!
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Relaxed Cancellation Policy: For bookings completed through March 2021, no cancellation penalty up until 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, you would forfeit your deposit. (3rd party booking fees may also apply). For stays beginning April 2021 and beyond: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within: 30 days of arrival for all other months. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
