Unique to Bowen Island properties is our privately owned 5 acres of treed walking trails just outside our door. Our guests love walking their dogs and themselves right in our extensive "back yard."

•Walking off the ferry to the cottage is only a 15-20 minute walk.

Access to park on the property is easy, flat, and accessible. Park right by the entry. Only 8 steps up to enter this spacious 3 bedroom Lindell Home.

The Living room is bright and yet cozy as it is wrapped with cedar walls and includes a stone fireplace. The south-east window wall faces the gorgeous water and mountain views. The living room includes a comfortable 3 seater leather sofa and chairs for seating of 5 guests.

The living room includes a flat screen TV with FREE cable TV. Plus a DVD player. DVD’s can be rented in Snug Cove or bring along your own.
FIREPLACE
We supply our guests with a 3HR burning Presto-log for each night of your stay: October – April.

WALK AND HIKE RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR~
Step out the door into our 5 acres of treed land to walk the trails. Or, hike one of Bowen's many hiking trails through Crippen Park and more.
KITCHEN ~ NEWLY RENOVATED
Our new custom cottage kitchen is bright and airy and includes water views as well as a microwave, stove, oven, and new refrigerator. It is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, tea kettle and coffee maker.

Family dinners are easy with our efficient kitchen and dinette just off of the kitchen, the table can seat 5 comfortably
NEWLY RENOVATED WASHROOM
The 3 piece washroom has a tub / shower, toilet, and sink. We supply plush towels.
BEACH ACCESS IS NEARBY
A short walk, 3 blocks away and you will arrive at September Morn Beach...a wonderful swimming beach.
SUITABILITY
The Evergreen Cottage is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with neighbours past the bank of trees and shrubs to either side. Guests will have visual privacy but loud music and loud voices will carry. In order for us to be able to share our cottage with you we ask our guests to fit in quietly and to not disturb the quiet peaceful character of the neighbourhood. For this reason we do not allow over occupancy, events, weddings, or parties at our property.
