Because of the COVID 19 pandemic the Eastman Waterfront Retreat is temporarily being used as the owner's primary residence now through the end of 2021. We are honoring our existing reservations but will not be considering new short term vacation rentals until 2022. We are hopeful that by 2022, COVID 19 will be under control and our owner can comfortably return to his apartment in New York city.

• THE MASTER SUITE has a NEW KING SIZE TEMPURPEDIC mattress with fine cotton sheets, plush pillows, and fluffy cotton duvet. The EN SUITE is large with picture windows taking in the gorgeous view plus double sinks, a deep soaker tub, walk in shower, and water closet. To immerse yourself in nature step outside to enjoy a steamy outdoor shower with a fantastic view. We supply plus bathrobes, bar soap, shampoo, body wash, and make up wipes. Located on the ground floor.

• 2 QUEEN bedrooms each with plush queen beds. Both have waterfront views and a shared seaside deck. Located on the second floor. Step out to the hallway to the 3PC WASHROOM with a tub/shower, water efficient toilet, and vanity.

 

NOTE: Based on your guest list we will make up beds and supply towels as required. We will assume that couples will sleep together unless otherwise informed. Thank you for helping us control our water and power usage.
