The villa is situated on the highest point of the urbanization, with a beautiful view over the sea, mountains and orange plantations.
Check in/check-out conditions:
Check-in is from 16:00pm onwards. Check-out must be before 10:0am. However, these times are flexible and may be subject to changes, if previously agreed.
Deposit: A deposit of €200 must be provided by the guest at the check-in.
Price: Electricity and gas are not included at the price or by other agreement. The electricity has a cost of €0,35/Kw. The gas has a cost of €2,60m3. At the check-in of the property and at the check-out, pictures of the meter will be sent by WhatsApp. The difference at the meter multiplied by the price will be discounted from the deposit, which will be returned once it is verified there is no damage.
Warning:
Misuse of the rented property will not be tolerated. In case that more people appear than allowed or, in case of complaint by neighbors, as well as any sign demonstrating that the rented property is not being respected, the company reserves the right to cease the lease immediately, without refund of the deposit, and nights pending of enjoyment
