This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom family home sleeps up to 6 people. The decor is modern and eclectic. Every room is unique and designed to be as inviting and comfortable as possible. This is quiet residential neighborhood and is perfect for a quiet getaway with the bonus of being 50 metres from the sea.

FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
We will collect a refundable security deposit of €400 plus €250 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €200. This will be collected offline.
ENTRANCE:
The entrance hallway is bright and you're welcomed by a large and colourful original artwork. "Be Original": It's a life motto of mine. There is an under-stairs toilet in the hallway. Please note there is a CCTV camera located in the entrance hallway, which monitors the front door of the property.
LIVING ROOM:
I love the living room. It's a vibrant colour, the large, front facing window lets lots of light pour in. Enjoy entertainment via internet TV - you can watch Netflix, YouTube, all sorts of movie, sports, and childrens apps.
KITCHEN:
This is a big kitchen! You'll find all the essentials for making a nice meal. There's even a dishwasher to help with the clean up afterwards.
Gather everyone around the large wooden table for a night of card games and drinks. That giant fingerprint is crying out for a group selfie.
During the good weather feel free to make use of the rear yard to enjoy some time in the sun. Please note there is a CCTV camera in the rear yard which monitors the rear entrance of the property.
BEDROOMS:
4 double beds
It's a very warm, comfortable and roomy house that's great for relaxing and hanging out with friends.
Other things to note:
1. Strictly no under 25s unless you are travelling with family.
2. Over occupancy will be charged extra person per night. Please do not bring extra guests without requesting. Maximum of 6 guests only.
3. We do not rent to locals.
4. The home is equipped with a noise monitor, non recording.No parties ( hen, stag, reunions etc.) without prior permission. The house will be set up for the number of guests stated in your booking only.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
