This wonderful waterfront home is located right on the beach in Diamond Point. Incredible views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Protection Island (wildlife sanctuary tours), Mt. Baker, Victoria, and the most beautiful sunsets. Private beach with public boat launch located right next to the property.

 

This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home complete with their own towels and linens.  Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, while 1 bedroom has a double/single bunk bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to bring your own groceries and cook to your heart's content!  If you need your clothes washed during your stay, this house comes with both a washer and dryer, soap included.

 

As you pull into the driveway, the main entrance (the back door) is to your left.  There is one step up to the door and then you come into the entrance level.  Directly ahead is a guest room with a king-sized bed.  Also on this level is the laundry room, the main guest bathroom, and the stairway access to the second floor where the other guestrooms are.  Adjacent to the main guest bathroom you go up two steps to the great room with kitchen, dining room and living room. Here you will enjoy the fabulous beach views through a wall of large picture windows.

 

From outside the home, enjoy the oceanfront view and wildlife while sitting in Adirondack chairs from your front yard.  At night, if you enjoy a good beachfront fire, there is a fire pit for you to utilize. There are just the two chairs and a bench for outdoors, so you may want to bring extra camp chairs for larger groups.

 

For indoor entertainment, this home comes with cable/satellite TV, high speed internet with wireless network capabilities. 

 

* Please note that this home has an attached mother in-law suite that is occupied full time - Back deck on 1/2 of the beach side is for neighbors use only.
