Sleeping Indian Retreat is a split-level, two-bedroom, two & a half bathroom modern villa with spectacular views. Fully and elegantly furnished, it features an open plan design with a relaxing, comfortable living room area, comprising a large seating area with a dining table and chairs to seat four.

 

The kitchen has bright, open work spaces and is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave, espresso and filter coffee machines and dishwasher. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

 

Each bedroom has soft lighting, comfortable beds, 110-volt wall sockets with USB port chargers and en-suite bathrooms with rainwater showers. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds.

 

Each room has air conditioning, and there is cable tv in the living area. The internet can be accessed throughout the house and on the outside deck. There are 110 and 240-volt plug sockets (60 Hz) throughout the villa. The sun-deck is a lovely spot for relaxing and viewing sunrises and sunsets. Patio table and chairs for six, four loungers and a BBQ grill. The front garden shower can be used to rinse off after visiting the beach or cooling down after sunbathing on the deck. The villa overlooks the harbour entrance and the famous Sleeping Indian Hill across the waterway.

 

This beautifully presented villa is a five-minute walk to the beach and ten to the Commercial Center where there is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, ATM’s and a well-stocked international supermarket. There is a  golf course on the site as well as a sports center offering tennis, squash, basketball and a 25-metre swimming pool.
