About the Property

No detail has been spared in this fully renovated 1,092 SQ FT 2 bedroom condo. It features a modern, clean décor with elegant finishing touches throughout. The main living area offers an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The living room and dining area offer comfortable seating for 6 in a light and airy setting. There is a king master bedroom with a HDTV and an ensuite full bath. The second bedroom has a new Captain's Bunk (Extra Long Twin above a Queen) with a HDTV and an ensuite full bath. This fully furnished property includes amenities such as a large stone fireplace and HDTV in the living room, a balcony with gas grill, a washer/dryer in unit and a ski locker outside. A Queen Air Mattress is available in the bunk room.  This single level unit is on the second floor of a three level building, with stair access.  **Please Note:  Condo and building premises are now smoke-free.  Smoking is only allowed off-site, away from common areas.
 
Parking:  1 vehicle is permitted for this unit.  Please plan accordingly.  In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base.  In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply.
 
Guests staying here will enjoy complimentary use (seasonal) of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with its outdoor pool and hot tubs located just a short walk from their accommodations. In Winter, guests staying in the Nez Perce units are within convenient walking distance to the Moose Creek access lift or have use of the complimentary skier shuttle to the base of Teton Village.  The shuttle runs 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. so it's perfect for accessing the base of Teton Village where you can enjoy family activities or fine dining and après skiing. Guests can ski home via the Way Home Ski trail to the base of the Moose Creek lift at the end of the day or they can ski down to the base of Teton Village and take the shuttle back to the condo.  A ski locker is available for guest use.
 
Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area and a short 5 minute drive to the south gate of Grand Teton National Park.  This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier’s paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets’ Couloir, has long been known for its’ steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn’t end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.
 
Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation.  Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

Wonderful Stay!!!

Had a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Located just a few miles south of Teton national park and connected to hundreds of bike trails (bring bikes). The condo had everything you could ask for. It was really well kept and clean. We loved the art work on the walls and the neighborhood was very nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice condo, convenient access to the ski area. It would be nice to have a lamp and/or bedside table with lamp in the smaller bedroom. The upstairs neighbors play a lot of music but do respect the quiet time starting at 10:00 pm.
