Our house has four bedrooms, two on the main floor and two upstairs. There are a total of 2.5 bathrooms. There is a large living room and eating area and an even larger game room with a ping pong table, fooseball game and 55 inch tv. The entire place is decorated in a Hunting Lodge motif. You will feel comfortable in this relaxed environment.
As mentioned in the title, we are walking distance to Old Town restaurants and bars and also close to Intrust Arena. We are equally close to St. Francis and Wesley Hospitals and an easy drive to Wichita State University.
There are two other apartments on the premises that have their own access and entrance. Your space, however, is totally your own.
