Tranquil unit is nestled directly on the Intracoastal and right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This two bedroom, one bath, unit with Florida room is a second story condo and part of the charming Barefoot Beach Resort area which has a large community pool, lush garden walkways, lots of royal palms and seating facing the relaxing waterway.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and clock. Plenty of natural light can be welcomed in from the window or French doors that lead to the Florida room which is full of screened in windows, a futon bed and desk.
The second Bedroom is in the front of the unit, with a Queen bed, ceiling fan and TV. The full bathroom with newly tiled shower and dual shower heads is in between the two bedrooms.
Living room features a Queen sized sleeper sofa, TV with sound bar, views of the waterway, ceiling fan, some family games, wet bar and a front dining room with a six top dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size oven/stove, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer with ice maker and all essentials needed to prepare a meal or drinks.
Shared, air conditioned coin laundry room is available on the first floor of unit to the North. Communal pool with large umbrella shades, seating and dining areas is just to the South of the unit and half way between your unit and Salt Rock Grill.
There are folding beach chairs and umbrellas in the hallway closet facing the bathroom for beach use. Pool towels are also provided for use during your stay. Crosswalk that leads to the beach and Gulf waters is directly on Gulf Blvd at the properties main entrance.
This unit is walking distance to Salt Rock Grill, Original Pizza, Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf, Indian Shores Coffee and Mahuffer's dive bar. It is also a short drive to John's Pass Fishing Village and Boardwalk, Florida Botanical Gardens, Nature Parks, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Busch Gardens, Sunken Gardens and Premium Outlet Malls. Orlando and Disney World is an hour and a half drive away where you can also visit Sea World, Crayola World, Dinosaur World or Legoland.
