Modern House is a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath contemporary villa on three floors offering a relaxed, chilled, stylish and elegant holiday escape. Modern House offers spectacular harbour views from every room. It is a short walk from restaurants and shops.
The space
Enter into Modern House's vast great room measuring 35 x 20 feet and featuring a spectacular coral floor. A retractable glass door looks out over an infinity pool to the shimmering expanse of the harbour. The ultra-modern kitchen features a spectacular 15-foot quartz island, large refrigerator and freezer, and a mirrored wall above the sink and range, that offer harbour views while you cook.
The living area includes a main area with two full-size sofas and a love seat, plus a library area with comfortable chairs for lounging.
The second floor of Modern House features three bedroom suites, two with a king bed, and one which is twin. Retractable glass doors offer more sensational views of the harbour and sea beyond. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath with a coral floor and walk-in shower.
The third floor houses a spectacular penthouse suite with king sized bed, sitting area and a private wrap-around veranda. The suite also boasts twin vanities and a large walk in closet.

At Squires Estate, your well-being is our top priority. We are taking the Covid-19 virus very seriously and want to ensure your comfort and safety when booking any one of our properties. We have recently amended our cancellation policy to "Moderate", which allows cancellation without penalty, any time up to 5 days ahead of your arrival. We are also enhancing our already first rate cleaning regimen, to ensure all housekeeping staff wear PPE while preparing your vacation rental, as well as supplying our guests with hand soap and sanitizer. We are disinfecting all hard surfaces with approved cleaning agents between stays as we have always done. We are happy to facilitate a seamless, and contact-less check in should you require this, and can also arrange for provisions to be delivered to your rental ahead of your arrival and assist with any other requests that may arise.
