This beautiful home has a large living space with incredible views. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and more than 2,000 sq ft. including 2 beautiful master suites with private bathrooms. The 2 additional bedrooms share a bathroom. It has 2 terraces with ocean views, a backyard with a private pool, hot tub and a outdoor shower. There is wifi, cable, a double filtration water system, washer, dryer and a huge rooftop terrace.
The home offers a beautiful open floor plan where the kitchen, living and dining areas have a 27' sliding glass door that opens onto the 2nd level terrace with a view that can only be described as "Magical". There is a BBQ grill, outdoor table and a sitting area on the terrace.
Start your morning with a fresh cup of Cabo coffee sitting on the terrace gazing at Land End or sitting by your private pool. The days playing in your beautiful private pool and hot tub or walking up the street to "The Club" , where you have the use of a huge family pool, work out rooms, game rooms or adult infinity pool. There is also a restaurant available for lunch. Back at the house spend the evenings on the comfortable rooftop enjoying the most beautiful sunset you will ever see and the nighttime seeing the sparkling lights of downtown Cabo, It's amazing. There is plenty of space for friends and family to relax endlessly.

All of the furniture allows for plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy a movie night on a flat Smart screen TV with Sky Satellite network (American TV channels ). For added entertainment, there is a stereo w/ both indoor and outdoor speakers
Kitchen and Dining~
Large, modern kitchen with wine refrigerator, gas cook top, convection oven, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, coffee maker and more. The dining table seats 8-12. There is also seating for 4 on the 2nd level terrace to enjoy meals outside under the shaded pergola .
Bedrooms & Bathrooms~
There are two master suites which is great for two couples or families. All 4 bedrooms have unique beautiful king sized beds. The three bedrooms downstairs have a total of 4 twin sized mattress underneath them. These extra mattresses pull out and are great for kids to sleep on. Both Masters have beautiful bathrooms with double sinks and large showers. The large dressing areas have an abundance of closet space and all the drawers you need to feel right at home. The downstairs master has a sliding door that is steps away from the pool.
There is a half bath off the living area and another half bath outside next to the pool.
We have plenty of quality towels for you to use , including large beach towels for everyone. If you want to head to one of Cabo's beautiful beaches, we have Boogie Boards and Snorkels for you to use!!
Pool area~
Our beautiful custom heated pool has a suntanning ledge with 2 loungers that sit in the water so you can get the perfect tan! If is gets too hot, just open the large umbrella that is built in the pool. There is plenty of other seating around the pool deck. We have a huge hot tub with a waterfall. The yard has beautiful landscaping and an outdoor shower. All of this AND a view of the ocean and Lands End.

Take advantage of The Club House that is very nearby with two outdoor pools.

The house managers who live locally that care the home will check you in and out. They will also always be available by WhatsApp during your stay for any questions or any issues that may pop up during your stay.
