Our Party Mansion in Jaco includes a swimming pool, Lg. Jacuzzi, BBQ area, Two Bar's, party room,pool table and amazing deck with is located minutes from the Beach. It's a fully loaded brand new mansion ready to host any kind of party, Wedding's, Birthday parties, large groups. Full time maid &security service included! Our maid will clean up the kitchen, bar, bathrooms and entire house daily and will even wash your laundry. The security guards all evening to morning for your safety.
The space
We have four king beds, two queen beds and a total of 12 single beds any other combination based on the groups needs. So total of 23 beds total if need be.
The Jaco Mansion, is located in Costa Rica’s best international beach town of Jaco Beach, only one hour and 15 minutes from San Jose International Airport.
This unique beach town Mansion rental is minutes from the beach in a private secure compound – close to everything.
The Mansion has private pool and outdoor party area, with a spectacular bar and BBQ space, 6 luxurious bedrooms, 6 baths, swimming pool and outdoor shower. Pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue and bar area fully loaded.
Your own amazing Theater on the second floor to watch you favorite sports event or we have 100's of movies as well.
All the rooms are furnished using local woods, fabrics and designs, giving each one a unique flavor, all luxurious!
Large party room and entertainment centers, complete with a full wet bar, sound system and a cathedral ceiling made of Costa Rican tropical woods, which provide an open the space for relaxation or perfect for a party.
Guest access
Full Access: All Bedrooms, Pool, Bar, Deck, Kitchen. Basically the whole house is yours.
We also have security guard at the gate along with full time maid service. Feel free to consult these friendly employees but they are not there to violate your privacy. You can ignore them as well.
Just remember the Costa Rica Law of no loud music after 9 p,m, Outside.
Other things to note
State-of-the-art appliances and an in-house chef if required. Full time Chauffeur/concierge personnel available.
There is maid service from 7am to 5pm, and security services from 7pm to 7am.

You will also have my full attention all weekend to assure your party goes as we have planned. (we only deal with US based safe and secure companies with our ATV, Zipline, Transportation, JetSki tours. Beware of cheap and unsafe tours in Jaco)
