Custom kitchen with gas stove, wine bar, roof top deck with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, custom cabinetry, balcony's, and so much more.  Not to mention its fantastic location-just a 1 minute stroll to the White sandy beaches of Holmes Beach!!!  Less than 5 minutes walk to Holmes Beach City Center where you can grab your morning coffee, take the kids for ice cream or shop til you drop! This lovely property offers a private heated pool with a spa, The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out.  The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and a lounge area where your group can catch the game on the big screen outdoor TV 
 
This home has been professionally decorated and features all brand new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. You will absolutely love the open floor plan on the main living level and deck that overlooks the pool and tropical backyard. During you stay the most difficult decisions you'll have to make are should you relax and spend time at your private pool or walk over to the white sandy beaches? It's a tough life on Anna Maria Island!
 
This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 10 in beds: 4 king beds, and a bonus room on the ground level with 2 day beds -with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof-this home is ideal for multiple families. Great Vacation

Great House with a great location close to the beach. We were a little concerned being on Gulf Drive but the way the house is set-up it was not a problem. Pool and outdoor area are very private. There were 4 couples and each had a comfortable king size bed with there own baths. Had a few minor issues that were quickly taken care with a call or a text. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Vacation House

This house is so well equipped and is such a beautiful property. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool, hoy tub and grounds and the comfortable living areas from the rooftop deck to the pool deck. The place is clean and well cared for and furnished with expensive and quality materials. It appears much thought went into choice of materials and furnishings. There is a butler's pantry with an extra drink refrigerator as well as a bar and wine refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal. The cart for the beach, the beach chairs and cooler were much appreciated as well as the beach towels for the pool. Only a very short walk to the beach. My first trip to Anna Maria but hope it's not my last.

Perfect Property, Worth the Splurge!

We needed to find a substitute for our annual May Anguilla trip as wished to stay in the US during Covid. This property and the perfect weather made our stay a 10! The home was just as pictured - modern, super clean and spacious. We appreciated all the artwork, lovely landscaping, electronic Hunter Douglass Blinds, great linens and the many places to just chill. The roof top deck was amazing - especially for sunrises. The pool fantastic - large and perfectly heated and a great place to hang after a beach day which was just a walk across the street. The kitchen had everything one would need. We cooked in every meal but one as my husband is a chef by profession and enjoyed getting the freshest fish from Captain Anthonys and using the kitchen and awesome BBQ area to have dinners. We were a bit concerned that being on Gulf Drive might be noisy but we were just far north enough that noise from traffic was never an issue. We would certainly return to Surf-Side Beach House if the opportunity to return to AMI arrises.
