Clean. Very nice. Enjoyed the hot tub. Pool wasn't clean, but called and Emma was over within 30 minutes. We were impressed! Been going to the islands for over 40 yrs. Would use them again.

Our family of six stayed in this cute rental for one week. It looks small in the photos, but we had plenty of space for all six of us! The bunk beds with trundle bed worked perfectly for our kids. They had plenty of room for their clothes in the walk in closet. The unit was clean and plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillow cases were provided. The pool is small, but all six of us were able to hang out in it comfortably. It was great having our own private pool. Our kids LOVED it. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully and were incredibly convenient. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The unit is a duplex, however we didn't hear the neighbors on the other side at all. It was very private and didn't feel like it was a shared property. The grill worked great. The pullout sofa was a nice option for an additional sleeping space. Our youngest son broke out in a mild skin rash from spending so much time in the pool, and Emma responded right away and had the pool checked to be sure everything was running correctly just in case. She even helped with suggestions of skin creams to apply. I was very impressed with her prompt communication and courtesy during our stay. The only thing I would suggest would be to add an additional smart tv in the second bedroom. We had nice sized tv's in both the master bedroom and living room that we were able to log into our Netflix account with non problem- however our kids would have liked to have a tv in their bedroom to watch as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and plan on booking through Beach Retreats again in the future!! Great experience!

The rental was perfect. Everything you need for vacation was included. I've been vacationing on Anna Maria for over 20 years, this was one of my favorites. The BeachRetreats management team was 5-Stars as well.
