This 5th floor two bedroom, two bath condo is totally and completely renovated. New tile throughout. There are two bedroom suites with private baths. It is a split floor plan so each suite is on different sides of condo for privacy. Each bedroom has new slider doors that open to screened in lanai with beautiful Gulf Views. Both rooms also has new furniture, mattresses and flat screen t.v.'s. Each bathroom is completely renovated with brand new walk in shower, new vanity, toilet, lighting. paint,  ect. 
 
One bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has two queen beds to sleep 6 comfortably. 
 
Kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. The kitchen is also completely stocked with everything that the cook might need to make your stay comfortable. All new cookware, glasses, flatware ect.
 
Living room has beautiful new slider doors that open to lanai. Living room also new furniture, 55" flat screen t.v. with cable,  and free wifi. 
 
All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding. 
 
Condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Walk out of the building and put your feet in the white sugary sand of beautiful Siesta Key beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of condo.
 
There is also a very reasonable service at beach entrance where you can have umbrellas and chairs set up for you and ready for whenever you go to the beach.
 
Gorgeous Gulf views from both bedrooms and living room. Lay in bed and open your eyes to a beautiful beach, blue water of the Gulf of Mexico!
 
Crescent Arms offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are at the pool for your convenience.
 
Close to restaurants, stores, shopping, ice cream ect. A perfect place to spend a great vacation. Close walking distance to market, ice cream, restaurants, cafe, 7-11 ect. 
 
There are also free jitneys and Trolly that will take you the length of the Key.
 
Very close to "The Point of Rocks" where people love to search for shells and go snorkeling. A perfect on this more private peaceful part of Famous Siesta Key Beach.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 60days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
 
If condo is able to be rented out no matter how soon the cancellation is you will be refunded. I can ususally re-rent. I have even reimbursed with a cancellation the day before.

About Ruth Roatti
Harbor Towers is a beautiful complex on the water with plenty of beautiful places to sit and enjoy the boats going by. There are two pools one heated and Har Tru tennis courts. Our condo has two new baths and a fully remodeled kitchen. We are on the raised first floor which are the only ones that give you a private screened in lanai and a private outside patio to relax and enjoy. The best of both worlds. Only a short walk to the #1 beach in the USA and  The Village.
 
What makes this condo unique
Private Patio and Private Lanai. Easy in and out access to condo. View of beautiful marina and easy walk to pool and gazebo on the inter coastal waterway.

Great Holiday in Siesta Key

The property is exactly as pictured. Parking was a breeze your own spot which makes it nice so your not looking for one when you leave the property. The room was ready early and Ruth allowed early check in. It was clean, and was large, the bathrooms updated and were beautifully decorated. The resort offered beach chairs, which I wasn't aware of so we brought our own, but plenty available down on the beach for resort guests. There is a bbq grill however, it needs to be replaced, not the owners fault as it seemed to be for everyone to use. The resort was close to Captain Curts, and the Daiquri bar, with a store all within walking distance, however the village was too far to walk so we took Johnny Free Ride and the Frog Hopper all free transportation you just tip the driver. We spent 7 days and wish we had more, would definately stay here again and rent through Ruth.

Check in was easy and the property was very clean and in a great location. The beach was easy to get to and not super wide like some beaches are in Siesta Key. There is so much to see and do in Siesta Key we wish we could have stayed longer. There are beach toys in the condo which was great for my 4 year old. The pool is a short walk from the condo and not on the beach but it was nice and my daughter enjoyed it. Overall everything was great!.

We absolutely loved this condo at Siesta Key! So clean, roomy, beautiful ocean views and well stocked. Perfect for two adult couples! The beach at Cresent Arm’s was absolutely beautiful and so convenient to get to. Ruth, the owner, was wonderful to work with...always gracious and prompt at answering any questions we may have had. We will definitely stay at her beautiful condo at Cresent Arms the next time we visit Siesta Key!.

We have been coming to Siesta Key for 30+ years, first time at Crescent Arms. The unit is perfect for 2 adult couples...6 adults would be a little tight. Unit is nicely furnished, they view from the lanai is great. Short walk to the world’s finest whitest sand beach. Owners were prompt in responding to emails. We will be back.

Ruth was very responsive to all questions. The apartment was spotless and access to the beach was fabulous! We rented umbrellas for the week and the service even put our chairs under the umbrella for us daily. We were spoiled!.
