Villa Paradise is the perfect home base for your Florida Keys adventure. Just four canals in from the ocean on Ramrod Key, you're also just 27 miles up the Overseas Highway from the fun of downtown Key West. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 60 feet of new dockage and is equipped with everything you need for your time in the Lower Keys. This newly remodeled home features king, queen, double and twin bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom up and 2/1 down, with no internal staircase.

Villa Paradise is in popular Breezeswept Beach Estates, a quiet residential neighborhood. The small island has its own boat ramp and a small commercial district to make your stay more convenient: Boondocks Grille & Draft House and Miniature Golf, Looe Key Reef Resort's tiki bar and restaurant, Five Brothers Grocery Two, and a gas station/convenience store. 

This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 7 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).
