It has all the upscale amenities one could dream of! Among these are flat screen TV's in den and all bedrooms. The living has room as a 39' HD Flat screen smart TV. In addition we have 10' ceilings, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, gourmet style kitchen, tile floors, salon bath with Jacuzzi tub for 2. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean from the bed. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Fabulous views of beach and ocean from kitchen and great room. We have free wi-fi and provide you two parking passes.
Grandview East is a low density condo, that gives you an intimate (closer to beach than any other condo) beach front setting on the white sugary sands. There is an exercise room, heated pool, and picnic area with two gas grills.
