This property was amazing. It had plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 children. And the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone with a large family, or two families wanting to stay under one roof.

The Mariners Club is very nice, clean, and secure. Having the boat in the marina is very convenient. If you are bringing a trailer, storing it is a little more difficult.

My daughter, 3 of her friends and myself stayed at 131 Mariner's Club last week (Mar 8-13). The property was exactly as depicted in the photos, great view of the marina and ocean. Very well maintained resort and condo. The exercise room, pools and tennis court are all well kept. Overall, we would recommend this property. Barefeet Rentals was easy to work with. Two minor gaps with the kitchen. There is no ice maker in the freezer. I would expect a functioning ice maker. There are large ice-makers at the clubhouse, but they are locked and not available to renters. The kitchen could use some additional pans, cookie sheets, etc.

Everything was great. Only negative was the 10 guest max capacity, and this was only an inconvenience because we were there during Thanksgiving and some of our guests couldn’t come because we were over capacity.

The property was clean and great for a big family get together. Everything is well laid out and view of Marina and Ocean is fantastic . It is also located close to great restaurants and most activities
